We ship all over the world.
Yes, we can ship standard, overnight, same day, and next plane out door-to-door services. These services are dependent on the couriers and customer locations.
Our inventory of parts come from a variety of different places but mainly are purchased through asset recovery. Whenever possible we purchase equipment that we are able to ensure is in running order prior to having it powered down and removing it. This way we are confident the parts are in proper functional order. These are the harvested/used parts. These parts are the original OEM parts on the equipment. The new parts come from storerooms when we purchase the complete systems as well as excess inventory no- longer needed by the manufacturers. Aftermarket parts are those that are either the same parts used by the OEM or an alternative replacement for those parts.
The short answer is some. We try when we purchase a part to ensure it was running and functional before removing it. The parts from the storeroom are known good or in some cases new, so it is assumed they are good. The repaired items are all 100 percent bench/component tested. Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to have all the 30 years of vintages of equipment we sell parts for in the final on-site configuration for testing purposes.
With the exception of wear items our warranty is typically 12 months from the date of shipment. There are some exceptions with higher powered electronics. We encourage our customer to get the most out of the warranty to put the part in service as quickly as possible on the next down day. This ensures the most out of the warranty period and ensures you have a good spare on the shelf.
